On the top level of this two story house is the Great Room, with vaulted ceilings. It consists of the brand new kitchen, stocked with all the amenities you will need for a week or weekend. It includes an island with stools, which is a great place for people to hang out, while cooking up some amazing meals. The dining room, living room and half bath are also located on this level. Amazing views of the Pacific Ocean and Tomales Point can be seen from almost anywhere in the Great Room. There is a double sofa sleeper in the living room, along with a gas fireplace to warm you up on chilly winter nights.
On the lower level, there are 3 bedrooms, full bath and laundry. Two bedrooms have queen beds, the third has double over double bunk beds, which is a great place for the kids to hang out, only 1 adult on the top bunk please. The bathroom has separate shower and toilet area from sink, which makes getting ready in the mornings a lot easier. There is also a washer and dryer to keep those towels and suits clean and dry.
Other amenities include: a fenced yard and private deck, for barbecuing and enjoying the fresh salt air; central heating, to keep the whole house comfortable; satellite TV and DVD movie collection, to unwind with in the evenings.
The house was originally built in 1926 and has undergone extensive renovations in the two past years. We love hanging out in this cozy bungalow and hope you will too.

Dillon Beach History
Dillon Beach is named after George Dillon, an Irish immigrant who settled in the area and built a hotel in 1859. The village was planned by John Keegan, who purchased land from Dillon in 1903, and was developed by Sylvester Lawson and his sons in 1923. The Lawson family still inhabits the area, running Lawson's Landing, a popular camping and RV park, as well as other local farms and businesses.
Seaglass was built in 1925 by the Hennigan family and stayed in that family until 2004.
